Sundumbili Community Health Centre is situated at Sundumbili Township in Ilembe Health district. The Community Health Centre operates 24 hours and has a total 27of beds.

We serve a population of about 142 139 people that reside in Mandeni sub- district and in other surrounding catchments areas.

The vision for Sundumbili CHC is to achieve optimal comprehensive health care for all persons in Mandeni sub district. The mission is to provide a sustainable, coordinated, integrated, and comprehensive health care based on the PHC approach through the District Health System.
