Beka izandla zakho emaceleni bese ubheka izinguquko ezingakhona emabeleni akho, umbala wesikhumba sebele, usayizi, ukuma kwawo, ukufacaka kanye nokushintsha  kwesikhumba

Isinyathelo 2

Manje beka izandla zakho ngaphezu kwekhanda. Bheka ukuthi amabele omabili aphakama kanyekanye.

Isinyathelo 3

Beka izandla zakho okhalweni, ucindezele ukhalo, amahlombe nezindololwane uziyise phambili. Gobela ngaphambili bese ubheka ukuthi amabele omabili awela phambili kanye kanye.

Isinyathelo 4

Manje phakamisa isandla sakho sobunxele. Nqesandla sakho sokudla hlanganisa iminwe ndawonye iqonde bese ngokuqaphele okukhulu nangesineke uhlole ibele langa kwesobunxele. Hlikihla isandla
akho sakuzengeza ebeleni uqale ngengaphandle nangaphezulu bese uthi, ukucindezela kakhudlwana ukuze uzwe isicubu sebele nengaphakathi lebele.
Uma sewuzungezile okokuqala iya ngakwingono yebele uphinde uzungezise isandla uqhubeke kuze kube ufinyelela kwingono yebele. Bheka indawo engenhla kwebele ikakhulukazi ngasekhwapheni, ukubheka izigaxa. Phinda ngasebeleni langekwesokudla.

Ukulala Phansi

Faka umcamelo ngaphansi kwegxalaba langakwesobunxele, bese ubeka isandla sobunxele esiphundu sekhanda lakho ukwenzela ukuqondisa isicubu sebele. Hlolisisa-ke ibele lakho ngokwenza okubhalwe kwisinyathelo 4 ngokuhambisa isandla sizungeze ibele. Ngesandla sakho sokudla naso ususibeke ngemuva kwekhanda, phinda kona lokho ebeleni lakho lesokudla. Botoza ngesineke ingono yebele ukubheka ukuthi kukhona okuphumayo okusaketshezi

Ukuzihlolela ngokwakho ibelo kufanele ngokomthetho kwenziwe njalo kanye ngenyanga.  Uma kukhona izinguquko ezikhona noma okungajwayelekile bikela udokotela wakho noma abomtholampilo wakho.

Vakashela umtholampilo wakho uma uthola lokhu:

  • izigaxa
  • ukopha noma okuvuzayo kwingono yebele
  • ukushwabana kwesikhumba
  • ukushintsha kokuma kwebele, noma usayizi webele noma isikhumba kuya kwingono yebele.
  • Ukuthola ngokushesha izimpawu zomdlavuza webele:

    • Hlolwa amabele nyangazonke
    • Bonana nodokotela noma iya kumtholampilo oseduzane nawe ukuze uyohlolwa amabele minyaka yonke
    • Uma kuwukuthi kukhona emlandweni womndeni owake waba nesifo somdlavuza webele, bikela udokotela noma umhlengikazi womtholampilo
