 Linda Thembinkosi Mazibuko was born in Ukhahlamba at Emmaus Mission Station, he did his Secondary education at St. Chad's High School but Matriculated at Sizathina High School.

He started working with the Department of Health in 1986 as an Administration Clerk. The career progression of Mr. Mazibuko is as follows:

* Administration Clerk (C.J.M. Hospital)
* Administrative Officer – Head Of Personnel Section (Grey’s Hospital)
* Assistant Manager – Head Of Administration Component (Lower Umfolozi War Memorial Hospital
* Deputy Manager – Head Of Administration (Manapo Hospital – Free State Province)
* Deputy Manager – Finance & Systems (Provincial HIV & AIDS Action Unit)

Mr. Mazibuko has attended various development programmes within the Health Sector and also out of the Heath Sector.He was appointed the Hospital Manager for Montebello in 2005 until end of July 2006.

He has joined Emmaus Hospital from 01/08/2006 as a CEO. He is well known to many by the nickname of ``Stix’’
