The provision of the above services is based on the 11 Principles of Batho Pele white paper on transformation of Public Service Delivery. We undertake to:

Ensure that we rectify any areas where performance is below promised standards, and an immediate and genuine apology be made and effective remedy offered.
Ensure that our services are delivered in an efficient and cost-effective
We will strive to offer all these services at the highest standard possible
Ensure all staff who "go the extra mile" are recognized and rewarded.
Ensure that all the Batho Pele Principles are put into practice in every department, to have positive impact n both the customers and the suppliers
Ensure that leaders take an active role in every aspect of work and that everyone is fully involved and committed in giving excellent service.
