Things are happening at Estcourt hospital
| Good co-operation between the department of health and department of home
affairs
made things easier for mothers of newborns to get birth certificates
for their
newborns and the patients who are orphans and abandoned to get their identity
documents. To witness this, on the 20th August 2005 the Minister of Home
Affairs, Mr
Malusi Gigaba and his officials visited Estcourt Hospital with the aim of
issuing birth
certificates to newborns, identity documents to patients who are orphans,
abandoned and
to give them gifts. The hospital management made themselves available to show
great
support.
