• The 2008 Peri-operative Refresher Course was held on the 19th October at Ascot Inn . This was a very successful meeting, attended by over 50 delegates, representing medical and nursing personnel from both the public and private sector. All the speakers gave excellent talks, and all were scored over 80% on both the relevance and quality of their talks. 12 pharmaceutical companies were represented at well set up stands loaded with goodies, and Medibooks provided a comprehensive selection of books to purchase.
