From JHB before the Tugela Plaza take off-ramp to Ladysmith town
From Durban on the N3, take the Bergville toll plaza off-ramp to Ladysmith
On the N3, take the Colenso off-ramp, proceed and looks for signage to Ladysmith. Head for the CBD, turn left at the Police Station sign. Proceed past 2 sets of robots. After the 2nd robot, travel about 300m, look for the Ladysmith hospital sign. Turn left into Malcolm road. This will take you directly to the hospital gates.
