Montebello Hospital endeavours to achieve its goals through policies and programmes that are aimed at maintaining and improving the health status of our clients.

We aim to reposition Montebello Hospital as a caring health facility within Ilembe district of which the greater public of Ndwedwe sub-district would be proud to be associated with.

We cooperate as an equal partner with other institutions at local, district and provincial level in order to fulfil our responsibilities and to ensure community participation, consistent with good management, in performing our functions.

Upon receipt of your written compliant we will acknowledge your complaint, investigate and reply within 21 working days. Where more intensive investigation is required we will reply within 6 weeks
