Putting YOU first: The Batho Pele (People First) campaign launched by our national government for all those serving in the public sector drives what we do.  We at Northdale Hospital are committed to the  “People First” principles and put these into practice in our day-to-day dealings with the public.  And we will step up implementation to arrive at acceptable and higher service levels and quality as soon as possible.

Our hospital prides itself on delivering high quality health care.  In our endeavours to deliver such service we accept that patients and the public will at times see it necessary to criticize us and submit complaints about our service.  We accept this process as a constructive one enabling us to learn from our mistakes and which ensures that we exhibit the level of caring and professionalism expected of an institution like ours.
