Kubaluleke ngani lokhu?

Amathambo abuthakathaka angadala izinkinga ezinkulu kubantu besifazane abanalenkinga ikakhulukazi kulabo besifazane asebefikelwe isikhathi sokuba bangayi esikhathini. Oyedwa kwabathathu besifazane abaneminyaka yobudala engaphezu kuka 65 bayoba nenkinga yokuhlaselwa ukuchachamba komhlonzo lapho sebeguga. Kanti enye indawo ejwayele ukuchachamba
kubantu besifazane abakhulile ithambo lethanga.

Lesisimo senzeka kanjani

Amathambo asemzimbeni wethu awahlangene futhi awanalo ushintsho. Zonke izinsuku kunohlelo lokushintshashintsha nokwakheka kabusha okuqhubekayo amathambo aqhubeka nokwakheka kabusha . Imvamisa lezinhlelo zombili ziba sesimweni
esibhalansayo kanti amathambo wona aqhubeka nokuba ugqinsi kanye namandla . Kodwa uma sikhula kubakhona ukungabhalansi kubekhona ukwehla kwezinga ethanjeni kunokuba lingakakwazi ukwelapheka ngaleyondlela amathambo aya ngokuzaca.
Umzimba udinga iKhalsiyamu ukuze kusebenze kahle  amaseli. Amathambo azakhela ikhalsiyamu wona ngokwawo ukongela umzimba. Uma kuba khona ukushoda kwekhalsiyamu ibe isidonswa emathanjeni ngakho uma kunokushoda kwekhalsiyami amathambo ayohlale ebuthaka.

Uhlobo lomzimba

Umzimba omncane onebala elikhanyayo, owesifazane omhlophe noma oyiNdiya. Ukukhula nakho kungezinye zezinto ezinomthelela njengoba uma umuntu wesifazane ekhula liyehla izinga lamahomoni. Lokhu kwehlisa izinga lokumunceka kwekhalsiyamu.

Ezokwelapha kanye nezinkinga zokuhlinzwa

Eminye imithi idala ukulahleka kwamaminerali ethanjeni. Kanti lokhu kuhlanganisa i-cothisoni, imithi yokwelapha isifo sokuwa, kanye neminye. Ukuhlinzwa kukhishwa isibeletho ngaphambi kokuyeka ukuya esikhathini ikakhulukazi uma kuphindwe kwakhishwa nama ovari nakho kwandisa ubungozi bokuba namathambo abuthaka.

Vama ukuzivocavoca- hamba ibanga elingangehora kathathu ngesonto . gwema noma nciphisa utshwala nokubhema, kanye nokuphuza ngokweqile itiye kanye nekhofi.

Ukudayetha kanye namasaplimente.

Yandisa ukuthatha ikhalsiyamu, ubusi iyogathi, kanye noshizi aqukethe ikhalsiyamu. Kanti ikhalsiyamu ungayithola ngokudla amasaplimentne, ikakhulukazi  labobantu besifazane abangakwazi ukudla ukudlaokunobisi lwenkomo. Ubuthaka bamathambo kudala inkinga kakhulu ezimpilweni zabantu besifazane abaningi, kanti kulula kakhulu ukuvikela kunokwelapha, Ungenza kube umsebenzi wakho ukunakekela amathambo akho. Indlela yokuphila enoshintsho idlala indima enkulu emathanjeni akho kanye nayoyonke imithi ongahle uyisebenzise.
