Achievements 

 Phoenix Community Health Centre is situated at Phoenix Township in eThekwini Health district.  The Community Health Centre operates 24 hours and has a total of 20 beds.

We serve a population of about 155 494 people that reside in Phoenix and in other surrounding catchment areas.

The vision for Phoenix CHC is to achieve  optimal health status for all clients served by Phoenix Community Health Centre.  This vision is supported by the Mission and Core Values.
