Vision, Mission and Core Values

Vision:
To achieve a better health status for Umuziwabantu community by reducing morbidity and mortality rate through an accessible, comprehensive health system.

Mission:
Our mission is to consolidate and build on the achievements of the past five years in improving access to health care for all and reducing inequity, and to focus on working in partnership with other stakeholders to improve the quality of care of all levels of the health system, especially preventative and promotive health, and to improve the overall efficiency of the heath care delivery system.

Core Values:
Our hospital caters for the sick and, therefore, people in pain.  Furthermore, we cater for patients with various diseases who live within a community that should accept them to ensure their psychological survival.  Taking these dynamics into account, St Andrews, its leadership and staff function on the following principles:
