Mission: We, at Thulasizwe are committed to containing and reducing the TB prevalence and the complications it impacts on the community, through the implementation of the National tuberculosis programme and application of the Batho Pele principles, using the available resources.

Strategic Objectives:
· To continuously improve the quality of health care.
· To provide health education to community, clients and staff.
· To improve case finding to 100% through adequate reporting.
· To ensure high smear conversion rate of 80% at the end of the intensive phase and 85% at the end of the continuation phase.
· To obtain a low interruption rate of 5% or below.
· To obtain a low level of acquired multi-drug resistance of 1% or less.
· To reduce morbidity and mortality attributable to TB.
