Hlengisizwe CHC Referral System
Patients who are not residing in Hammarsdale immediate catchments area are urged to visit their local clinics (Primary Health Centres) before they go to Hlengisizwe Community Health Centre. If there is a need for patient to be referred to Hlengisizwe CHC, the patient will be given a referral note to Hlengisizwe. Patients residing in Hlengisizwe area do not have to bring referral notes. These patients will be seen here and if there is a need for them to be referred further, they will be given a referral note to St Mary’s or R.K. Khan Hospital.
