Montebello Hospital endeavours to achieve its goals through policies and programmes that are aimed at maintaining and improving the health status of our clients.

We aim to reposition Montebello Hospital as a caring health facility within Ilembe district of which the greater public of Ndwedwe sub-district would be proud to be associated with.

Please give your complaint in writing or use the form specially created for this purpose, which is available at all service delivery points. Upon receipt of your written compliant we will acknowledge your complaint, investigate and reply within 21 working days. Where more intensive investigation is required we will reply within 6 weeks
