Greytown hospital is a district hospital with 234 beds in the Umzinyathi Health District.

The hospital serves mainly a rural and semi urban population. The hospital provides a 24 hour inpatient/outpatient trauma and emergency service, a 24 hour laboratory, x-ray and blood bank facility. The hospital has a Heliport/Helipad.
