Niemeyer Memorial Hospital
Niemeyer Memorial Hospital is a District Hospital. It is situated in the far North of KwaZulu-Natal at Emadlangeni sub-district which is under Amajuba District with it boasts, 12 Male ward beds, 16 female ward beds, 12 Obstetric Ward beds and 10 Paediatric ward beds, totalling up to 50 useable beds.
There are two fixed clinics attached to Niemeyer Memorial Hospital which are Niemeyer Gateway clinic and Groenvlei clinic as well as three Mobile clinics visiting 81 points to cater for a catchment population of at least 44470 which is predominately of low socio-economic status earning their income from employment at nearby industries and farms.
