Written Submission : Public Hearing on the National Health Insurance Bill

KwaZulu-Natal Health MEC Ms Nomagugu Simelane-Zulu has urged citizens of the province to make their submission in support of National Health Insurance (NHI), and the drastic improvements that it will make in the provision of, and access to, healthcare services in the country.

You may submit your submission electronically via email by following these steps:

1. Download the Submission Form to your computer by right-clicking on the link: NHI Submission and select Save Target As

2. Open the Submission Form in Acrobat Reader

3. Complete the form and click the submit button

4. The form will be submitted via your email.
