The hospital serves people who come from all referral hospitals within the KZN Province and from surrounding clinics in District 22. Some of the catchment areas are Stanger, Maphumulo, Mahatma Gandhi, Ixopo, Kokstad, Scottsburgh, Melmoth e.t.c. Directions to Richmond hospital.
