Vision
G.J Crookes Hospital will strive to provide high quality and cost efficient health care services to residents of Ugu-North service areas (umdoni, Vulamehlo and Umzumbe North).

To provide a coordinated, sustainable, comprehensive and intergrated health care service, based on primary health care approach, health promotion, Batho Pele principles and in partnership with all stakeholders through the district health system.

Directions to the hospital: Turn off the N2 coming from
the North (Durban to Scottburgh) - take the
Scottburgh/Dududu off ramp (left turn) and drive towards the sea to join up with the R102 and (right turn) follow signposts to G.J. Crookes hospital.
Turn off the N2 coming from the South (Port Shepstone to Scottburgh) - take the Park Rynie off ramp (left turn) - turn right to join up with the R102 and follow signs to Scottburgh and
