To lead Nursing Education and to achieve excellence in nursing through education and training of nurses and midwives registrable with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) and South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) at Basic and Post-registration levels.

Historical background of Benedictine Campus

Benedictine Campus is situated in the area of Nongoma which is under the Zululand Health District. It was officially opened as training school by the Benedictine Sisters of Tutzing in 1935 and was together with hospital handed over to the Government in 1976.
